Retiro por voluntad de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional . Por razones del servicio y en forma discrecional la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional podrá disponer el retiro de los agentes con cualquier tiempo de servicio, con la sola recomendación previa del Comité de Evaluación de Oficiales Subalternos, establecido en el artículo 52 del Decreto 41 de 1994.
