- Primero. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO por la Corte Constitucional en Sentencia C-525 del 16 de noviembre de 1995, que declaró EXEQUIBLES los artículos 12 del Decreto 573 de 1995 y 11 del Decreto 574 de 1995.
- Segundo. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES el literal b) del numeral 1º y el literal f) del numeral 2º del artículo 56 y los artículos 58 y 67 del Decreto 132 de 1995.
- Tercero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el artículo 8 del Decreto 573 de 1995.
