El artículo 79 del Decreto 41 de 1994 quedará así: Artículo 79. Retiro por llamamiento a calificar servicios. Los oficiales y suboficiales de la Policía Nacional sólo podrán ser retirados por llamamiento a calificar servicios, después de haber cumplido quince (15) años de servicio.
