Retiro por voluntad de la Dirección General . Por razones del servicio y en forma discrecional, la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, podrá disponer el retiro del personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, con cualquier tiempo de servicio, con la sola recomendación previa del Comité de Evaluación de Oficiales Superiores, establecido en el artículo 50 del Decreto 41 de 1994.
