Llamamiento a calificar servicios . Los miembros del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional sólo podrán ser retirados por llamamiento a calificar servicios, después de haber cumplido veinte (20) años de servicio, salvo las excepciones dispuestas en este Decreto.
