El artículo 29 del Decreto 262 de 1994 quedará así: Artículo 29 . Retiro por llamamiento a calificar servicios . Los agentes de la Policía Nacional sólo podrán ser retirados por llamamiento a calificar servicios después de haber cumplido quince (15) años o más de servicio, salvo las excepciones consagradas en el presente Decreto.
