- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia No. C-525 de noviembre 16 de 1995 que declaró EXEQUIBLE el artículo 11 del Decreto 574 de 1995, "por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 262 de 31 de enero de 1994, normas de carrera del personal de agentes de la Policía Nacional".
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 9o. del Decreto 574 de 1995, "por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 262 de 31 de enero de 1994, normas de carrera del personal de agentes de la Policía Nacional".
- TERCERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES el inciso 2o del parágrafo 2o del artículo 1o y el literal e) del numeral 2o del artículo 6o, así como el artículo 10 del Decreto 574 de 1995, "por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 262 de 31 de enero de 1994, normas de carrera del personal de agentes de la Policía Nacional".
