  2. R E S U E L V E :
  3. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Disciplinaria del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia el 12 de noviembre de 1992, en el sentido de denegar la tutela formulada por los ciudadanos ALBERTO ESTRADA RESTREPO y ALFONSO HERNANDEZ PINEDA.
  4. SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior de Antioquia, Sala Disciplinaria, y al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Amalfi, para que sea notificada a las partes conforme lo dispone el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
