Segundo. Civil Municipal de Vélez también dentro del proceso de la referencia.
Segundo. Negar el amparo solicitado por Rodrigo Murillo Vargas en el proceso de la referencia.
Tercero. Librar, por medio de la Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. Comunicar el fallo a la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
