- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del día 20 de enero de 1993, proferida por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, pero por razones diferentes por cuanto las personas jurídicas y, en este caso los sindicatos, sí son titulares de la acción de tutela.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique esta providencia a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
