- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMANSE los fallos proferidos por los Juzgados 16 Penal Municipal y 13 Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, los días 6 de febrero y 11 de marzo de 1992 respectivamente, para resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por la Sociedad "Aerovuelos y Servicios Charter Ltda.", por intermedio de apoderado.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
