- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por Juzgado 32 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, en consecuencia CONFIRMAR el fallo del Juzgado 25 Civil Municipal de Bogotá al conceder la tutela interpuesta por el señor FABIO ENRIQUE CANO OBANDO.
- Segundo. SE ADICIONA EL FALLO del Juzgado 25 Civil Municipal de Bogotá y se ordena a las Directivas del Colegio Lisa Meitner de la ciudad de Bogotá, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, emita nuevamente los certificados solicitados por el accionante, absteniéndose de hacer cualquier clase de anotación dirigida a dar a conocer la deuda económica que mantienen los padres de los menores con el mencionado plantel.
- Tercero. ADVERTIR al accionante que esta orden no los exime del cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas que ha contraído con el colegio accionado o de someterse a las medidas judiciales que se inicien en su contra para el cobro de la deuda.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
