- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por el Juzgado 3deg Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla el 7 de septiembre de 2000 que a su vez confirmo la decision del a-quo, en cuanto concedio la tutela y ordeno a Electrocaribe que se cumplan las sentencias de la jurisdiccion ordinaria laboral que ordenaron el reintegro de Carlos Alberto Tobon Cardona, Jose Alberto Myerston Ariza y Atalia Guevara de Martinez y no concedio la tutela en cuanto al reclamo de los salarios dejados de percibir.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria se dara cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
