- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de proferida el 28 de octubre de 2004 por la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán y en su lugar CONFIRMAR la sentencia dictada el 30 de septiembre de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Popayán y mediante la cual se decidió CONCEDER el amparo solicitado por MANUEL JOSE NARVAEZ contra el ISS-EPS, Seccional Cauca y se señaló expresamente que la EPS podrá repetir contra el FOSYGA los costos derivados del tratamiento y demás asistencia médica que se suministre en desarrollo del fallo.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
