CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado 33 Penal del Circuito de Bogota el 12 de marzo de 2001, y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota el 22 de mayo de 2001, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Maria Oliva Hernandez de Hostos y otro, en contra del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, precisando que el Juzgado Treinta y Tres Penal del Circuito notificara personal y prioritariamente al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar a fin de que la entidad tome las medidas pertinentes.
