Vida, salud.
La accionante tiene un diagnóstico de Diabetes Mellitus Tipo 2 e instauró la acción de tutela contra COOMEVA E.P.S., para solicitar que se ordene a dicha entidad autorizar y suministrar los medicamentos que le fueron prescritos por un profesional adscrito a la Asociación Colombiana de Diabetes, los cuales considera fundamentales para su vida.
La accionada fundamentó su negativa en el hecho de que los medicamentos solicitados fueron formulados por un médico no vinculado a su red de contratación y porque no se encontró demostrada falla terapéutica en los formulados por el médico adscrito.
En sede de revisión la Sala constató que la medicina reclamada por la actora se le estaba entregando de manera periódica y sin ninguna renuencia, toda vez que las mismas fueron incluidas en el POS.
Se declara la CARENCIA ACTUAL DE OBJETO POR HECHO SUPERADO.

- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
