- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de 24 de enero de 1995, proferida por Juzgado 29 Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota D.C.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada, en consecuencia, se ordena al Gerente de la Caja de Prevision Social de Santa Fe de Bogota D.C. que incluya en nomina al senor Carlos Ovidio Cruz Montero y que proceda al pago efectivo de la pension de invalidez reconocida al petente mediante resolucion No. 1960 de octubre 27 de 1994.
- TERCERO. El Juzgado 29 Penal del Circuito de Santa fe de Bogota vigilara el estricto cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta providencia.
- CUARTO. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
