- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintiocho Civil del Circuito de Bogota, dentro del expediente T-804989; el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Veintisiete Civil del Circuito de Bogota, dentro del expediente T-808002 y la sentencia de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, dictada dentro del expediente T-808039.
- Segundo. CONCEDER las tutelas para la proteccion del derecho fundamental de peticion y ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social, Seccional Bogota, que si aun no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, proceda a pronunciarse de fondo sobre el objeto de las peticiones elevadas por Rocio Rodriguez de Cruz, Hernan de Jesus Sierra Parra y Jose Efrain Perez Cristancho.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en actuaciones que vulneran los derechos fundamentales de sus afiliados.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librense la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991
