- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria el 26 de julio de 2000 por medio de la cual no se concedió la tutela instaurada por Guillermo Angel Trillos contra la Asociación de Propietarios de la Unidad Residencial El Aguinaldo.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de asociación en su aspecto negativo permitiendo a Guillermo Angel Trillos retirarse de la asociación de Propietarios de la Unidad Residencial el Aguinaldo.
- TERCERO. CONDICIONAR la protección constitucional en el sentido de que el retiro no exonera del cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas del deber de solidaridad en cuanto al pago por el uso de zonas y servicios comunes.
- CUARTO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
