- Primero. REVOCAR la Providencia proferida por el Juzgado 11 Penal Municipal de Santafe de Bogota, de fecha enero 30 de 1.992, mediante la cual denego la solicitud de tutela que presento la Sra. Luz Marina Avila Castro, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la Accion de Tutela a la Sra. Luz Marina Avila Castro, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Juez 11 Penal Municipal de Santafe de Bogota que prevenga a la Sociedad CRESISTEMAS S.A., en cabeza de su Representante Legal, para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de incurrir en el tipo de comportamiento que desato esta accion de tutela, so pena de hacerse merecedora de una sancion establecida en el articulo 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. COMPULSAR copias de esta Sentencia de Revision al Juez de Juez de Instruccion Criminal (reparto) de Santafe de Bogota para la de su competencia, por conducto de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional.
- Quinto. COMPULSAR copias de esta Sentencia de Revision a la Superintendencia de Sociedades para lo de su competencia, por conducto de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional.
