- PRIMERO. REVOCASE la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha seis (6) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994) y, en su lugar, CONCEDESE la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la libertad y a la intimidad personal y familiar, impetrada por los demandantes contra la Asociación de Copropietarios del Conjunto Residencial Montana de esta ciudad. Por tanto, ORDENASE a la junta administradora de esta entidad aceptar el pago de las cuotas ordinarias que adeudan los actores, descontando el valor por el servicio de T.V. cable e intereses moratorios por dicho concepto. En consecuencia, se PERMITIRA la participación, con voto, de los actores, en las asambleas generales que se lleguen a realizar.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General, REMITANSE el expediente de tutela y este fallo, al Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, para los efectos consagrados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
