- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias del Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Armenia de fecha 8 de julio de 1996 y del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial del Quindío -Sala de Decisión Penal- de fecha 9 de agosto de 1996.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, a la salud y a la integridad física del menor Arturo Arango Giraldo.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Junta Administradora de la Urbanización Torres del Alcázar en la ciudad de Armenia, que en el término de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, suprima, o proceda a remplazar el cerramiento de protección de los prados y jardines de dicha urbanización, si aún no lo ha hecho, con materiales que no ofrezcan peligro para la vida, la salud y la integridad física del menor demandante y la de los demás niños de la urbanización Torres del Alcázar.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se remita este expediente al Tribunal del Distrito Judicial del Quindío -Sala Penal- para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
