- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el 21 de octubre de 2002 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Bogota, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela al derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida, a favor de Bernardo Suarez Roselli, representado por su madre, Beatriz Suarez Roselli.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Acerias Paz del Rio que en el termino de 48 horas continue cumpliendo con la obligacion que asumio con Bernardo Suarez Roselli, y por tanto pagar el tratamiento al Instituto Terapeutico de la Conducta.
- TERCERO. Disponer que el Juez de origen vigile el cumplimiento de la orden en esta tutela.
- CUARTO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
