- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos adoptados por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Riohacha y el Tribunal Superior de Riohacha, Sala Civil Familia Laboral, de 17 de abril y 25 de mayo del 2001, respectivamente, mediante los cuales negaron la tutela impetrada por la señora Elsa Amaya en representación de su hijo Juan José Ibarra Sierra.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
