- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Sincelejo dentro de los expedientes de tutela Nos. T-501789, T-501790 y T-501791, y en su lugar CONFIRMAR las providencias del 8, 19 y 20 de junio de 2001 dictadas por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Santiago de Tolú, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. Ordenar que por Secretaría se de cumplimiento al artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
