- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Cincuenta y Siete Penal Municipal de Bogota, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales invocados por Nubia Cecilia González González y los de su hijo por nacer..
- Segundo. ORDENAR, al representante legal de la empresa Tejidos Marisol, que dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, reintegre a la señora Nubia Cecilia González González al cargo que desempeñaba o a otro de condiciones similares, y se le cancelen los salarios, la indemnización de que trata el artículo 239 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y las prestaciones sociales causadas y no pagadas, desde el momento en que fue desvinculada de sus labores hasta que se produzca el reintegro, exceptuando la licencia de maternidad según lo expuesto en la parte motiva.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
