Derecho a la salud y a la dignidad humana de beneficiaria del fondo de prestaciones del magisterio que sufre melasma y le fueron formulados medicamentos no pos para evitar la despigmentacion de la piel que la entidad se niega a suministrar.

Solicita se ordene el suministro de los medicamentos formulados.

Derecho a la salud y a la vida en condiciones dignas.

La accionante cuenta con los recursos necesarios para procurarse el suministro de dichos productos en consideración a que los mismos no tienen un alto costo que afecte su minimo vital como tampoco estan acreditados los presupuestos que permitan verificar la existencia de un perjuicio irremediable.
