- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 36 Penal Municipal el día 5 de Agosto de 2002 en el proceso de Julia Barón Niño contra el Alcalde Mayor y la Secretaria de Educación de Bogotá.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de petición a Julia Barón Niño, y en consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Secretaria de Educación de Bogotá que en el término 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, proceda a dar respuesta a las solicitudes presentadas por la accionante, en concordancia con el fundamento número 6 de ésta sentencia.
- Tercero. Por secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
