Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. de Familia de Buenaventura, en la tutela instaurada por LUCIA OCORÓ DE OROBIO. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, en los términos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca- Secretaria de Educación Departamental- que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, resuelva de fondo la solicitud presentada por la demandante desde el 4 de enero de 2002.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
