- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por los Juzgados Doce Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, (T-807178),
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Neiva (T-807759), Treinta y Cuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá (T-808174) y Quince Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, (T-807151) que negaron la protección de los derechos invocados por los demandantes en las tutelas referidas. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho de petición de cada uno de los demandantes.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social en las Seccionales de Bogotá y Neiva, que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia proceda a pronunciarse de fondo sobre el objeto de las peticiones elevadas por María de Jesús Vargas Medina, Beatriz Campos, Jorge Humberto Roncancio López y Ramiro Osma Fajardo.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al Seguro Social para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en actuaciones que vulneran los derechos fundamentales de sus afiliados.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrense la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
