Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Marta, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
Segundo. CONCEDER la protección constitucional del derecho de petición solicitado por la señora CECILIA MEJÍA GONZÁLEZ y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al representante legal de CAJANAL, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, expida, si aún no lo ha hecho, el acto administrativo que resuelva de manera clara, precisa y de fondo la solicitud elevada por la demandante.
Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
