El actor aduce que la UARIV vulnera sus derechos fundamentales como consecuencia de la respuesta dada a su solicitud de reconocimiento y pago de la ayuda humanitaria a la que tiene derecho por su condición de víctima del desplazamiento forzado.
Teniendo en cuenta que en el trámite de revisión se allegó a la Sala constancia de realización del proceso de caracterización del núcleo familiar del peticionario y del reconocimiento y pago del auxilio humanitario, se declara la carencia actual de objeto por HECHO SUPERADO.
