- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Once Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, el 9 de noviembre de 2001 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección solicitada por la señora Ana Beatriz Pulido León.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que preste la atención médica requerida por la actora, así como el suministro de los medicamentos necesarios para recuperar su salud, sin perjuicio de que repita contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía Fosyga, con el fin de obtener el pago del valor que por todo concepto se le adeude con ocasión del tratamiento médico y medicinas que requiere la accionante. Adicionalmente, si es del caso, el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, puede adoptar las medidas legales pertinentes, para que el Hospital Lorencita Villegas de Santos cancele la totalidad de los aportes adeudados.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
