- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil Municipal de Medellín. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección solicitada por Rodrigo Alberto Valencia Echeverri de sus derechos a la salud y la seguridad social en conexidad con el derecho a la vida digna.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. CAFESALUD que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificación de ésta providencia, suministre el medio de contraste gadolinio y practique el examen médico de resonancia nuclear magnética de cerebro que requiere el señor Rodrigo Alberto Valencia Echeverri para continuar con su tratamiento médico, sin perjuicio de que repita contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía Fosyga, con el fin de obtener el pago del valor que por todo concepto se le adeude con ocasión del tratamiento médico y medicamentos que requiere el accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
