- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-800 de 2003, en relacion con el cargo por la supuesta vulneracion del principio de unidad de materia por el articulo 43 de la Ley 789 de 2002.
- Segundo. INHIBIRSE de efectuar pronunciamiento de fondo en relacion con los demas cargos planteados en la demanda contra el articulo 43 de la ley 789 de 2002 por ineptitud sustancial de la misma.
