- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la palabra "moral" contenida en el articulo 89 del Decreto 2737 de 1989, por el cual se expide el Codigo del Menor.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "La pareja formada por el hombre y la mujer que demuestre una convivencia ininterrumpida de por lo menos tres (3) anos", contenida en el numeral 2deg del articulo 90 del Decreto 2737 de 1989, por el cual se expide el Codigo del Menor.
