- Primero. Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-109 del 10 de marzo de 1994 que declaró exequible el artículo 11, con excepción del parágrafo, que aquí tampoco se acusa, del decreto 1210 de junio 28 de 1993.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 64 de la ley 30 de 1992.
