- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional,
- R E S U E L V E
- 1. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES las expresiones "de sendas ternas enviadas" y "el cual sera escogido por la Camara de Representantes" contenidas en el numeral c) del articulo 6o de la Ley 182 de 1995.
- 2. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES las expresiones "de sendas ternas enviadas" y "el cual sera escogido por el Senado de la Republica", contenidas en el numeral d) del articulo 6o de la Ley 182 de 1995.
- 3. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el paragrafo del articulo 6o de la Ley 182 de 1995.
- 4. Los efectos de la presente sentencia solo se produciran hacia el futuro y a partir de la fecha de su notificacion.
