PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES los articulos 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 31, 33, 35, 36 y 38 de la Ley 01 de 1991, "Por el cual se expide el Estatuto de Puertos Maritimos y se dictan otras normas".
SEGUNDO. Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-013 de enero 21 de 1993 sobre la constitucionalidad de la Ley 01 de 1991 por aspectos formales.
TERCERO. Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-071 de febrero 23 de 1994 sobre la exequibilidad parcial de los articulo 10 y 12 de la Ley 01 de 1991.
CUARTO. INHIBIRSE para fallar sobre el numeral 5deg del articulo 9deg de la Ley 01 de 1991, por encontrarse derogado.
