En el evento de que petición original y las alternativas resulten contrarias a la ley, al plan de expansión portuaria, o que tengan un impacto ambiental adverso o puedan causar un daño ecológico, u ofrezcan inconvenientes que no puedan ser remediados, así lo manifestará la Superintendencia General de Puertos, en acto motivado en forma precisa que se notificará a quienes hubieren intervenido en la actuación.
