Concesiones portuarias relativas a instalaciones de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia . El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto de la Superintendencia General de Puertos procederá a definir de inmediato los términos en los cuales se otorgarán concesiones portuarias a las sociedades portuarias que se creen para utilizar los activos de Puertos de Colombia. Una vez creadas estas sociedades se expedirá sin más trámites la resolución en la que conste el otorgamiento de la concesión respectiva.
