Demanda de inconstitucional contra el numeral 3º del artículo 5 del Decreto Ley 020 de 2014, por el cual se clasifican los empleos y se expide el régimen de carrera especial de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y de sus entidades adscritas.
La demandante considera que el aparte cuestionado vulnera los artículos 125, 40-7 y 13 de la Constitución, por cuanto desconoce la regla general de acceso a los empleos públicos mediante el sistema de carrera judicial, basada en el concurso de méritos.
La Corte se INHIBE para emitir pronunciamiento de fondo en relación con el precepto acusado, por ineptitud sustantiva de la demanda.
