- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el numeral 4o. del artículo 25 de la ley 200 de 1995, bajo el entendido de que el incremento patrimonial debe ser aquél que no tiene causa justificada, o es indebido o ilícito.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el aparte que dice: "....Defensor del Pueblo, Contralor General de la República, Contador General, Procurador General e la Nación, Auditor general y miembros del Consejo Nacional Electoral", del artículo 26 de la ley 200 de 1995
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el numeral 1o. del artículo 30 de la ley 200 de 1995.
- Cuarto. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 175 de la ley 200 de 1995.
