Las demandantes denuncian la inobservancia de los articulos 8, 29, 79, 80, 95 numeral 8, 150-7, 288 y 313 de la constitucion nacional. <br>existencia de cosa juzgada constitucional absoluta en relacion con la totalidad de la ley 1152 de 2007. <br>en vista de que mediante sentencia c-175 de 2009, la corte declaro inexequible la ley impugnada, en esta ocasión resolvio estarse a lo resuelto en tal providencia. <br> <br>
