- 1) Declaranse EXEQUIBLES en los apartes demandados, los articulos 2o, 3o, 4o, 5o, 7o, 10o, 13, 14, 16, 27, 63, 111, 113, 118, 120, 165, 179, 180, 183 y 185 del Decreto Ley 2655 de 1988, "Por el cual se expide el Codigo de Minas".
- 2) Declarase EXEQUIBLE el inciso 3o del articulo 9o del Decreto 2655 de 1988, con excepcion de las palabras "...por via general...", que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
- 3) Declarase INEXEQUIBLE el articulo 246 del Decreto 2655 de 1988.
