PERSONERIA PARA DEMANDAR. La providencia del Ministerio que resuelva sobre la expropiación, deberá notificarse personalmente al interesado y publicarse en un periódico de circulación nacional y si lo hubiere, en uno de circulación local. De ella se expedirá copia al interesado quien quedará con personería para instaurar el correspondiente juicio de expropiación.
