LICENCIA AMBIENTAL. Con la excepción contemplada en el artículo 168 de este Código, el título minero lleva implícita la correspondiente licencia ambiental, o sea, la autorización para utilizar en los trabajos y obras de minería, los recursos naturales renovables y del medio ambiente, en la medida en que sean imprescindibles para dicha industria, con la obligación correlativa de conservarlos o restaurarlos si ello es factible, técnica y económicamente.
