MATERIALES DE ARRASTRE. Materiales del arrastre son los materiales pétreos desintegrados en tamaños de gravas y arenas, que se extraen de los lechos de los ríos, quebradas y vegas de inundación. En el reglamento se establecerán las características físicas y químicas de las gravas y arenas aquí mencionadas.
