COMPETENCIA DE LA DIRECCION GENERAL MARITIMA Y PORTUARIA. Las construcciones e instalaciones ubicadas en las playas, terrenos de bajamar y aguas marítimas, destinadas a la exploración y explotación de minerales, así como la adquisición y operación de naves y artefactos navales con el mismo objeto, son de competencia y administración de la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria y se regirán por el Decreto 2324 de 1984 o las normas que lo adicionen, reformen o sustituyan.
