- Primero. DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE el artículo 2º del proyecto de ley Nº 22/98 Senado, 242/99 Cámara, "mediante la cual la Nación se asocia a la conmemoración de los 250 años de fundación del municipio de Chimichagua, Departamento del Cesar y se ordena la realización de obras de infraestructura e interés social", en razón de haberse encontrado fundadas las objeciones presidenciales formuladas en contra de dicha norma.
